- body: coconut oil for problem areas, stretch marks, scars, and tattoo care. Shea butter or coconut oil soap in the shower
HAIR
- coconut oil soak for 5 minutes before shower
- shea butter soap in place of shampoo
BODY
- bedtime yoga: sun salutation, back/leg/neck stretches
- daytime yoga: focus on abs and strength training in arms, legs, and core. Incorporate jumping jacks and other calisthenics
- drink plenty of water, coconut water, and aloe water
- gluten and dairy free eating
- limit meat and egg consumption
